The commitment to care. Sharp is a homegrown healthcare organization that focuses on community, rather than profit.
Their willingness to help each other, come together in time of need. Good spirits.
I like that that my department heads share information with us about what is going on behind the scenes. It's rare something happens (good or bad) and we didn't already know it was coming.
My team is very competent at what they do. We really on each other and are able to help each other out.

Sharp truly has a culture of care, safety, and quality and continuously works towards improvements

Honestly at this point there is nothing positive people talk behind eachothers back all the time. It used to be a greatvplace to work but not anymore cause there is no structure

What did you like most about the interview process?
I met the team I would be working with in my panel interview which helped me to feel the culture rather than just hear about it.

The interview process was easy to set up and follow through with. We did the interview online and as long as there are no issues there really isn't a problem with interviewing
