They're not very skilled. They need better training.

The job is mediocre. Not exciting. I wish there was more management positions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Minimum wage is rising but my pay stays the same. Raises are few and far between. I am not given enough hours, often in given less hours of work than my co-workers
