Some of my coworkers are extremely helpful, just not the ones in my department

The Human Resources manager at the time was awesome, we laughed and joked and he made me very comfortable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im an assistant department manager doing the work because some of my crew doesn’t do their fair share, besides that I get pulled from my department to help in others because they are struggling for help. I would be happier with about a dollar
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They refuse to stock our frozen products after about 5 pm when I leave, if I don’t do it’ll be empty by the next morning. I just think it would be a major help if they just used common sense and filled the empty spots but no
