The coworkers are positive. Everyone higher than us are completely negative and try to bring us down

Literally everything. They lack severely in every aspect. Departments have no communication skills and everything is all over the place
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
If you are going to give a skills test, do it after you already know you want to hire someone. Don’t make them sit for hours doing a skills test online during the application process if you have no intention of hiring them. All businesses need to learn
