It was simple, didn't take itself too seriously.

Speaking to lower-level employees with basic human dignity and respect.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to stop speaking to people like they're worthless, or less than human.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite how incompetent management is, there is definitely a feeling of the "Shoprite Family" being real among the workers. Most of the family will love to help you with anything you or a customer needs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Half the managers don't care and are counting days to retirement. Managers speak to you like you're a piece of garbage, but nobody ever gets fired from this company, so they feel entitled to do so.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you work here, don't ever expect a "great job" or "thank you". But you better be sure they'll be down your throat over your first mistake! It would be nice to not feel like management is openly hostile to the workers.
