Ms. Smith was responsible for overseeing Shred-It International's sales, service and operations in the U.S. She joined Shred-It International in December 2006. She has over 25 years of experience in sales and operational leadership, customer service, and profit/loss management with over eight years in the Information Security and Records Management industry. Ms. Smith worked 14 years with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and served as a Regional General Manager for an international Information Management company. Well-known for her commitment to total Client Delight, she has held several Vice President roles in the past including Vice President of Sales for an IT Consulting firm, Vice President of Business Development for a website software development firm and Vice President of Client Services leading a national Account Management team at EDS. Ms. Smith attended the University of Georgia and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
