I've worked closely our team members for years, I love seeing people grow in their roles and getting a bunch of smart people in one room to solve a problem together.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast. No games or waiting around, the company left I was a great fit and immediately offered me the job. I started in less than a week from my application!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our cooking challenge! Everyone is divided into teams of 4 and we have to cook lunch for the whole office. Each team cooks on a Friday and the meal is rated on taste, presentation, amount of food, and dietary requirements, the two top scoring teams face off in sudden-death round. We're on season 5!
