What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not enough information. Too far buffered frim them to know much.
Leadership is concerned more with productivity numbers and TAKT time. Its all about lean manufacturing and how can they look better to receive huge bonuses. Really not much I like about management or leadership at Siemens Energy.

Regular communication with the team
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am able to save at end iof mobtg
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Spend enormous amounts of time completing simple work that would be wuickly moved through with the right tools.
Basically better pay for hourly employees, especially those positions such as machinist and welders. Skilled trades at Siemens Energy are not compensated fairly.
Real, meaningful raises that exceed the CPI and inflation rate. Wage stagnation is a serious problem.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, technicallly sound and sharing of experience
Supportive, mostly positive, and respectful people.
Respectful people, good communication, friendly environmentm
Good people who communicate well at the team level.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Im not sure, most hourly employees are ok but there's something off about management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Freedom , transparency and open environment
People are happy to talk and mostly positive
Safety first and time away from work
Company cares about work life balance and treats employees fairly. Overall respectful environment.

Being treated as a professional. Round trip transportation and lodging were provided for the interview.
