Work all the time just to make a decent wage, 60 hours or more per week. Management is concerned more with production numbers and statistics that make them look good. Benefits have steadily declined over the last 5 years and worker retention has fallen. Many are retiring and hard to replce.
Company is bighly disorganized and non-communicative. Hide their head in the sands before taking on projects to resolve major process deficiencies.
