- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Basically better pay for hourly employees, especially those positions such as machinist and welders. Skilled trades at Siemens Energy are not compensated fairly.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Im not sure, most hourly employees are ok but there's something off about management.
