What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
knowing that you are there for people at a bad time in their lives and having them smile and thank you is very rewarding
The employees are incredibly dedicated to their work. This is a very positive place.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
staff education and diversity training.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Hearing that the CEO has a background in therapy.

watching a patient I just saw come in a month ago, seeing how they have changed from the scared and sad person into a smiling, happy, person who has made friends and is looking forward to their life outside
