Signet Jewelers Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Fair and a good expectation for growth.

unlimited vacation and paid benefits for the employee

Deductibles reasonable. 401k is good

Work from home is offered

Seems to be pretty up to par with other companies.

Pay, medical, and comission structure

Already shared with the team

There are many different programs beyond health and dental.

Paid time off for real

Health insurance for my family

If you work hard you are somewhat rewarded

price and offerings are solid

Hourly plus commission plus bonuses and incentives

Review from Sales Dept

I get paid minimum wage to basically be both a manager and a jeweler. The only thing that would make me feel better about my compensation is if I got paid even a decent wage

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It's barely enough to survive. One should get more for working full time.

I would feel more valued if the store hours were not cut for the majority of the year and now during the last two months of the year they have so many hours to give. They can afford to hire support staff while my hours were cut all year long.

Being appreciated for my knowledge and experience

The only contact we have with ANY type of management is when there is some of importance that we need to take care of immediately. If you can’t see an issue with that then….

Hired on as seasonal, promised full time. Was strung along with a position promise which management knreeas not going to happen.

Commission is very very low, bonuses are nice but a higher base commission would be more motivating.

I think commission is incredibly low, even just a small amount more would suffice.

I would feel better about my job if I was treated with respect and if the leadership was more professional. Commission is very small and pay is below livable wage.

Review from Sales Dept

If they stopped telling me that they cannot fix the problem an old District Manager made when I was put to full time. I never recieved full time pay raise but have worked 5 years for the company. I stay because I love the customers and the store manager. I would leave if they sent me anywhere else.

Review from Sales Dept

If I was paid for the amount of work I do. I work like crazy for the lowest wage in the store as a assistant manager. Other employees get to sit around and do nothing all day and make much more money than me

Review from Sales Dept

Signet is horrible and I mean horrible to people with disabilities

Review from Sales Dept

Signet does bi yearly “reviews” and that’s your opportunity for a raise. If you have standards in, you’re supposed to get a raise. One of my first reviews, even though I was 100% I wasn’t granted a raise due to not meeting a “percent to pay” number that was not disclosed as a precursor to a raise
