What do you like best about the leadership team?
Im not sure , I guess the way management tries to look the other way rather than holding some people responsible I guess that's not what I like about it but that's what my concerns

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listenung to employees suggestions and handling problems.
Have managers actually in the shop, physically day to day, week to week, to start. Before that, ensure they have the appropriate skills to lead and train to Signet Standards.
Needs a manager who doesn't partake in internal bullying.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager never has a pisitive thing to say. She has ger favorite and praises that pessin. Rvery tume i make a sake, she says i am lucky. I also have been affected by ageism in the storw.
It's barely enough to survive. One should get more for working full time.
I would feel more valued if the store hours were not cut for the majority of the year and now during the last two months of the year they have so many hours to give. They can afford to hire support staff while my hours were cut all year long.
Being appreciated for my knowledge and experience
The only contact we have with ANY type of management is when there is some of importance that we need to take care of immediately. If you can’t see an issue with that then….
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sometimes our meetings are bad sometimes our meetings are good
Pride in their work. Unfortunately, the company overlooks that and only focuses on us doing passable work.
Positive and a team work effort from all.
I absolutly love my coworkers. I try my bedt to go above and beyond for them.

A manager, in the shop, day to day, not just over the phone or through email.

The manager tries to control situations

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Almost everything! Leaders should lift you, not the other
Care about those below you. Our current manager(who’s actually the district manager) just started PTO and his boss is on vacation as well. AND WE DONT HAVE AN ACTUAL MANAGE
Signet needs to be better involved in their stores, and the things going on.
Certian employees make it very hard to enjoy the work enviornment and nothing anyone does ever changes it

What did you like most about the interview process?

They told me everything i wanted to hear, however thats not how things actually were

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
No panel interviews. Senior leadership should do the interviews not future peers
Communication was poor and unorganized
Less interviews, and not through zoom or skype
I was only interviewed by my assistant manager, my manager could not find time to meet with me before hiring me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We never have meetings, so we never know whats going on till the last minute. Hard workers are ignored, while lazy ones are rewarded, ZERO TEAMWORK
Seems like this is the culture.
There has been internal bullying that has not been attended to, despite numerous attempts of reaching out on the matter.
Need new management asap would help
