They are supportive at all times.
They value everyone in the company
It used to be better, now it's just about quantity, not quantity! They bring temporary directions from other states who don't even bother themselves to know existing employees, they can easily make your personality as the worst horrible person who can never imagine in your nightmare!!
Communication, ways to discuss schedule and following the requested days that are unable to be worked, more active in knowing what is going on around the facility, keeping enough staff on shift to meet the required work load, and just actually taking on a true leadership role.
Too many sheep and not enough leaders running the company
The freedom to choose a plan that's right for you.
4 weeks vacation and its great
They terminate me in the worst unfair situation, didn't give me any chance to defend myself! Didn't investigate as I requested, or contact any family members to ask their ideas about me?! I'm the second victim during last 3 months and can't believe they let these people to have this power against us
Being heard over my requests on days I can work and having a source of communication to allow workers to fill in days with low workers if possible. Maybe…a work app to manage this instead of old fashioned printed schedule
There is no appreciation you do a lot there you stay late overtime you take residence to their appointment and nothing
If you know a person is a vegetarian, don't buy them steak for Christmas.
We work together and are able to efficiently get our work done as a true team rather than separating work loads into individuals and forcing them to care for several residents solely by themselves.
they are always willing to help each other
They need to mind their own business and; "act their wage" too many people that have no desire for growth that like to bother new workers possibly driving them out of silverado.
Help and being open to receiving help. No micro managing from coworkers that have the same positiond
Get rid of all the chairs in meetings, make everyone stand and stick to the agenda. Enforce accountability.
Coworkers and residents interact in a way that makes me feel good knowing I could trust my family with my Silverado team.
Get rid of the toxic executive leadership
I was hired 3 years ago when better management were working there
Clearer communication between the interview team and the company location that is applied to.
Hire competent staff instead of yes men
The residents who I love so much and work so hard to care for and provide a comfortable life
Working with people that love what they do.
The work itself is rewarding
Unfortunately Silverado is doing really bad
Company is ignoring several lines of business in favor of their bread and butter (memory care centers).
