What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having an option to include my parents as HMO dependents. Certification voucher and Bonus.

The team was transparent to the company's dilemma in relation to SF. It was also well explained by our senior manager why we got that % of compensation this FY. Hence the best part, is still us receiving a fair compensation despite the company challenge.

I feel that the increase that I received is not at par with the amount of work that was added to my job role

When you start bootcampers with a low salary and only give them modest annual pay bumps, the pay doesn't increase at the same pace as market value

Compensation should increase and keep up according to rates of inflation

More frequent feedback/ review to reflect the possible "Bonus increase" described in contract when hired. Also feel that if certain benefits are not being used from the company (ex. healthcare, etc.) that money the company is not spending should be returned in salary to the employee.

Team made us feel that each one of us are significant to the team. We feel that we are valued not just as a team mate but as a family/friend. Having a awesome skilled teammates is one of the best part cause i feel like i can do everything the client required, as long as I'm with the same team.
