I am glad I am able to learn and that i have learned a lot of new knowledge and skill in the company while I am doing my job efficiently. I'm thankful for the company's benefits but i am more than thankful for the existence of my awesome teammates that helped me grow and be at my best at all time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect to each other and care in both the career and personal plan and life events. Having a friend I miss whenever I'm in a long leave vacation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The team was transparent to the company's dilemma in relation to SF. It was also well explained by our senior manager why we got that % of compensation this FY. Hence the best part, is still us receiving a fair compensation despite the company challenge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Team members are always being heard. There openness for a change and innovation for the betterment of leadership and the team always come up with the best solution and result. The transparency and respect are maintained across all employees with regards to both personal life events and work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team made us feel that each one of us are significant to the team. We feel that we are valued not just as a team mate but as a family/friend. Having a awesome skilled teammates is one of the best part cause i feel like i can do everything the client required, as long as I'm with the same team.
