- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Performance bonus may be twice a year however compared to other companies it is quite small. Also the HMO provider / limit is not that great. Lastly I feel my salary isn't quite in the fair market .
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?1% increase last time can't cover the inflation. The inflation rate is much higher than my increase. A mid year increase or a benefit of some sort will be super helpful
