Unfortunately, this is a VERY unprofessional company. I wish I had something good to say about my experience working with Sixt. Best part were my coworker/friends.
Having Ethics and taking accoutnability
Be more professional and stop the drama and the gossiping maybe then you will see results and retain employees. The VP gossip about employees and peers in front of other employees we have seen and heard proof of that and this is the reason I left without notice.
