What are some of the best things about your team?Coworkers were personable for most part. Most were not hard working because they felt unappreciated as well. Many from my location were mistreated and talked at, not to in a professional manner. New manager was a beast!
What are some of the best things about your team?My team is 100% engaged and lives the Sixt DNA.
What makes you most happy at work?So many people are interested in doing their best for this company. I love to work together with them and make an impact.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?More organized, less than whole day process would make candidates feel like their time was valued too.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Many felt paranoid they would be charged fees after they returned the vehicles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I received "commissions" sometimes. It was very low and inconsistent. A coworker warned me, if I didn't keep a close eye on it and question it all the time, I would not get it.
Sixt rents top-class cars to its customers at very low prices.
