What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Just whatever is needed for the business is key. Employees never matter, EVER!
Be more professional and stop the drama and the gossiping maybe then you will see results and retain employees. The VP gossip about employees and peers in front of other employees we have seen and heard proof of that and this is the reason I left without notice.
Invest enough time to learn from mistakes, plan carefully, create and communicate a clear strategy, measure the success of your actions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I received "commissions" sometimes. It was very low and inconsistent. A coworker warned me, if I didn't keep a close eye on it and question it all the time, I would not get it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers were personable for most part. Most were not hard working because they felt unappreciated as well. Many from my location were mistreated and talked at, not to in a professional manner. New manager was a beast!
My team is 100% engaged and lives the Sixt DNA.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listen to your employees and analyse existing root problems and target these with counter measurements. Monitor employee satisfaction truly anonymously, a lot of people are afraid to say their opinion in the pulse survey. Make social skills a must have for managers (anger management!).

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More organized, less than whole day process would make candidates feel like their time was valued too.
What makes you most happy at work?
So many people are interested in doing their best for this company. I love to work together with them and make an impact.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Many felt paranoid they would be charged fees after they returned the vehicles.
