Just whatever is needed for the business is key. Employees never matter, EVER!
Be more professional and stop the drama and the gossiping maybe then you will see results and retain employees. The VP gossip about employees and peers in front of other employees we have seen and heard proof of that and this is the reason I left without notice.
Invest enough time to learn from mistakes, plan carefully, create and communicate a clear strategy, measure the success of your actions.
