The company is evolving - the CEO just sent an email out to the company talking about becoming a place that puts our employees first over profits. I can stand behind that 10000%

The leadership team has changed a lot over the last year. They are really committed to putting people first over profits. Much is happening to rethink the workplace and how we treat our employees. They are open to debate, feedback and have very low egos.
