What do you like best about the leadership team?
SLAC has a strong management team, the personality of the manager varies greatly on the group you are in
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No proper vision, can't deliver. Leadership must be changing more often. This is a government-funded research center and not a private company owned by some closed mafia circle.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Need to significantly increase salaries if they want to remain relevant to the ongoing boom now happening in Silicon Valley.
Compensation comes with a decent benefit package including matching IRA contributions at 15% total after 5 years of employment

Lay off management. Can't have manager laying around for 30 and 40 years, that's crazy!
