As Chief Operating Officer, Suzanne Rudnitzki leads Smarsh internal services teams with a focus on providing the best environment for staff success. Suzanne joined Smarsh from Telecare Corporation, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer as well as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to her time at Telecare, Suzanne worked as a consultant for Xerox, facilitated international entrepreneurial leadership training for Procter & Gamble, and developed training curricula for clients, including Nissan, General Motors, Herman Miller, and Magna International. The author of Not So Basic New Hire Orientation, Suzanne has appeared as a keynote speaker for Hospital Purchasing Services, High Point National Furniture Mart, and the Color Marketing Council.
