Many employee departures on a weekly basis, GTM teams getting kicked in the teeth with USM, customers loyalty & confidence decreasing, lower employee value proposition w/benefits as private company, underpaid

USM rollout is a failure and front line account teams have to take the brunt. Constant changing an no advance awareness (DS going BACK to per sku in August, but no awareness unless stumbling on road map line item). We're pushing customers now to consumption (they're no happy) but it'll change again

Always a lot of emails from customers with queries that should be directed to CS, Support, finance except we're not well resourced or their responsibilities have changed.
