SmileDirectClub’s “Grintern” 10 week program allows college students the opportunity to work with one of America’s fastest growing companies! From cutting edge, engineering technology to global marketing agendas, a team member focused company culture to prioritized customer satisfaction, and ever-expanding brick and mortar to e-commerce styles of retail, SmileDirectClub has it all! Our Grinterns will be partnered with a mentor and learn from cross functional teams from across the business as well as within the team in which they support.
