    I was very informed through my interview process from doing research on my own, hearing things just from word of mouth and such a knowledgeable recruiter. I would say that I knew, but it was so important to know that you HAVE to be ready for change. KNOWING not only that we potentially can change, but ARE and WILL continue to make drastic changes almost weekly.
