Constant turnover caused by unethical hiring / promotion processes. Pervasive burnout and low morale caused by toxic work environment, culture of abuse and overwork.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

“Coworkers” defined as anyone under “manager” all suffer together. We used to cry in the bathroom. Junior staff is under no obligation to do more for Smit

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening, caring, retiring. Leave the company and cash out your ESOPs. You are a hinderance to your teams and a blight on the mental health of your colleagues. You are poor leaders.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

ESOP is a pyramid scheme designed to benefit the executives who are majority shareholders. Their retirement is built on the backs of entry level talent. Annual raises are less than inflation + consumer price raises. You lose money working here.
