What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fundamental business structure. Top-heavy employee owned creates an inherent culture of favoritism and inequality. There is not room for you to grow, either professionally or in terms of equity. Turnover below Manager level is comically high. Shocking.

Executives need to retire. HR needs to actually care about their people.

Leadership, leaders, honesty, innovation, and leaders

Everybody needs to relax. They are overworked and the company doesn't care.
