Austerity has turned the company into a dog eat dog world. Too many mouths to feed. Unclear/lack of ownership on key processes. Incredible difficulty of getting information on how our systems work. Way too many unproductive meetings.

HR isn't doing the job, the most loyal emp didn't received CR bonus (demotivates), personal days weren't thinking in people who had a work anniversary last quarter, treatment for tech is different than custo service Improve salaries Most of contractors are a burden, snap emp are a lot better

Again, knowing the Snap Finance only helped people from 2019 and forward with the bonus and totally forgot about employees hired from 2018 and back is unacceptable. The dollar went down for EVERYBODY, not only for people hired on 2019. The dollar decreased in 2021, so we ALL were affected.

Stop demotivation your employees. Ask for feedback instead of guessing what to do next. Remove the fear that disagreeing will get you fired. Do right by the company and be ethical. BUILD BACK THE TRUST! Acknowledge hard work and dedicated employees. Money is not everything we need to feel valued.
Benefits and salary are not aligned to the million dollars revenue the company shows to have in every town hall.
