Pay and benefits were good
End-of-year bonus and 4% of salary match towards retirement in 2017.

Highly skilled, not competitive with each other, team oriented

Secretaries are hesitant to trust clerks and do not give adequate amounts of work to keep busy.
Friendly, highly collaborative, excellent professional skills.
In-fighting and gossiping runs rampant, this needs to be addressed by HR.

Having challenges that are not easy, but reachable.
Support and File clerks are vastly underused and underappreciated. The work is tedious and could easily be reduced with better procedures. This would free up time for more important tasks.
