One of kind retirement type of job

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

We have already had 2 CEO leave and work for other companies. We have had a high amount of branch managers who have left also. I think it might be the corp culture of Sonepar. They seem to care more about the perception of being a good company, instead of actually being a good company.

What do you value most about this brand?
