Interviews were short and largely conversational. Feedback was quick.
Leadership team has egos. Product line is not well defined - still shot gunning their product to every industry. Engineering team is frustrated with lack of focus - as to where they should be spending their time.
Salaries for software engineers are definitely under the market rate. Non-salary comp (healthcare and that's pretty much it) is lacking. The work itself and company culture easily makes up for both though
