What are some of the best things about your team?Skilled, honest, hard working individuals.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Identify the market fit - drive the products accordingly. We are trying to be everything to everyone... no focus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Salaries for software engineers are definitely under the market rate. Non-salary comp (healthcare and that's pretty much it) is lacking. The work itself and company culture easily makes up for both though
