What are some of the best things about your team?Most of my inbound team are hard workers and get work done. Most of them are super friendly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I know a lot about different departments and I have been here for six years. I could go somewhere else making more than what I make now for what I do here. I would like to be on the scale of what other people do for as much as I do.
