Advice for current management might as well go directly into the trash as no valid ideas have ever been considered by management, not even a stock in free fall can dampen their egos. A new CEO should listen to the few good employees that still remain.
Accept feedback from your employees, don't take it personally, they have real feelings and ideas on improvements. Improve communication. Make sure that current employees compensation is fair to the market and the value they add to the business.

Better pay, not being on just above min wage for big responsibilities.
COLAs only come every 2 years and that's only if you don't get a raise or promotion. You do the math in how that works out.... Meanwhile the execs give themselves literally millions of company shares for free.
Market rate for my skillset is 20% higher than what Spire pays. You can only get increases by going up in "TCL" level. COLA only every 2 years and ONLY if you didn't get any other increase during that period...
Work as a team, listen and support each other and share the workload. So many get away with doing nothing

Get rid of the current leadership. Listen to and support your employees. Encourage and empower management growth.
There really isn't any culture. Remote employees sit alone and don't feel part of the team.
change the "startup attitude" management with more experienced professionals
You have a lot of good people working at your company, but you are burning them out quickly. You are expanding rapidly, which is leading to chaos and inconsistent practices across the board. I would focus on your internal issues especially around your culture, and employee's wellbeing.
