Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay contractors better and give them better benefits

fair targets, fair shares and fair to all employees not only the beloved one

Review from Sales Dept

Splunk has fallen behind the industry in pay, and they intend to stay behind if not reduce pay further.

Would like to be able to increase my base salary. My OTE has been the same for the last 5 years. The only way to increase that would be to move to a different team or into the field.

Review from Sales Dept

I have been promoted internally a few times and I know people coming in externally get a better package than I do even though I generate more revenue than they do as a quota carrier. It should be brought to an even standard regardless of whether we are internal promotions or external hires
