So far so good. There are good days and bad days like it is with most companies. I do think I value but I think that value can be compensated more. There are certain departments that are treated with special rewards but that's normal in every company. Overall my experience has been good.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to genuinely like each other. Lots of team bonding activities are available.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I spoke to nice and educated people who seem to really care about their jobs and the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Manager is very transparent, encouraging and passionately, genuinely cares. I'm not afraid to reach out and with questions or criticism when some arise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is the biggest metric in which sprinklr is lacking. An overall increase in wages and bonuses will severely increase employee happiness and retention.
