Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Get paid dollars less than my peers. Get paid less than people who just got hired even though i have more experience. I would feel better if i got paid as much as my other peers in similar positions.

Benefits are terrible, pay is terrible. I quit this terrible company and I am doing amazing at its competitor, where I get treated like a human being.

Pay 2023 wage not 2000

Dont talk down to older employees

More money and better raise

I do the job of three people and there is no time or opportunity for development.

They dont care about there workers

Our raises are not substantial enough . Less than a dollar a year.

I am a single mother and 2 days a week is not enough.

I am doing jobs that are not part of my discription, working extra hours when not asking and paid much less than other companies with same position

I had my review with my manager 3 months ago and my score was a 3.6 and I have yet to see an increase in pay and no one in my store can help me find out why I got nothing.

Higher hourly wage provided for workers

Over worked and the internal teams need additional bodies to assist. Trainings externally have been conveyed as once a year unless we can receive "full sponsorships" from our vendors to comp the entire cost. If you want us to grow, then support us in assisting the companies education...

Being a Vitamin Clerk takes an abundance of knowledge. We are also required to: order, check in inventory, stock shelves and help out in other departments, along with assisting customer with a plethora of questions and answer phones. The pay doesnt match the work.

It's not about my compensation it's about the integrity of my surroundings in the store that is supposed to be customer service oriented not a gossip drama place of employment

You say you have competitive pay. I make 19 cents over minimum wage. Who exactly are you competing with?! Other people have been hired into the same position after me and are making more money.

Better management with authority and no hypocrisy.

Because i work harder than my department manager as an assistant department manager and get paid much less

I work vitamins and we dont get paid for the knowledge we have. Just give us what we're worth over all.
