My position and coworkers are the best! I just wish we could get paid what we deserve

I keep coming back to culture, but that is what makes me excited to go to work. The customers are great too, you're encouraged to get to know them and so it feels more like personal shopping.

Store manager Fay in Eastvale Cali location should treat people better. She does not care about anyone but herself, and the worker in produce that she is messing around with.

People arent happy there so they are not happy to customers

Corporate being more compassionate and understanding about the daily grunt work by store employees. Every store visot is so negative. Its more of a bashing lesson than a teaching lesson

Everyone is underpaid, under appreciated and overworked. Pay us more.

Everything. Throw out all the managers, supervisors, and dead weight because they're useless. Implement better standards. Establish a decorum. Hold them accountable.
