I especially enjoyed tge people who interviewed and hired me. A team of three genuine leaders, tge store manager was in the stire and completely absent from tge process if interviewing.
That I wasn't ghosted when I attempted to transfer to another position at a different store.
The people made the interview smooth
Sprouts looks for people before skills. Skills can be taught, personality can't. If you're friendly, outgoing, and willing to learn, that will go further. And if the position you apply for isn't a fit yet, they will offer another open position.
I'm happiest at work when I am well prepared to do my job. That means knowing what I am selling prior to my shift, so I can educate myself in order to help my customers more efficiently. I love the interactions w/custs, and when I can help them w/ more than just a food item or a supplement, Im happy

Helping customer. And helping staff.
My position and coworkers are the best! I just wish we could get paid what we deserve
I keep coming back to culture, but that is what makes me excited to go to work. The customers are great too, you're encouraged to get to know them and so it feels more like personal shopping.
