How employees describe working at St. Luke's Hospital

Credibility and its quality shared by its clients

4th floor nurses cannot seem to dispense medication on time as prescribed. Watching my wife suffer up to an hour at every dosage interval because they cant or wont administer medication on time

I used to work in Pharmacy in the Medical Ctr. It did not have any structure. The new employee training and onboarding is very shallow and rushed. The culture is very toxic. There is lots of gossiping and leaders taking sides with their snitches. The hardworking people do not recognized for work.

Paid well benefits very good.

  • Top Employee Response

Director of Nursing and her inner circle puppets have run off almost all of the great nurses. Cut-throat egomaniac has little regard for staff, strictly bottom line. Sad as it used to be a wonderful place to work.

  • The operations department at St. Luke's is terrible. The leadership is a click that came from another system hospital and they are not open to any suggestions.
