What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Please remember you willingly came to work. Be positive about being at work and do your best. When things go wrong make the best of the situation. Don't go blaming everybody around you and complaining. Leaders stop encouraging the blame game. It is really tiring.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

The interviewers should try to focus less on the persons interview skills and tune in to who the person is. Consider the targeted culture of your department and hire people who align with that target. Most of those good at interviewing are actors. Their work ethic is non existent

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Respect every employee despite their rank in the company. Train, educate and equip employees with the tools needed to do their job safely. Ensure there is adequate number of employees per shift to prevent burn out. Encourage employees to use their PTO to rest. Recognize those that go above and beyon

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to the actual workers not the leaders because they will make everything seem to be smooth. Look at the data. For example - employee turnover rates. Question why new hires are leaving before one year is over. The culture in Pharmacy is toxic. Only lazy people are given attention and recognitio
