What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to the actual workers not the leaders because they will make everything seem to be smooth. Look at the data. For example - employee turnover rates. Question why new hires are leaving before one year is over. The culture in Pharmacy is toxic. Only lazy people are given attention and recognitio
Need to keep things professional at work and not take sides.
Treating all the co workers the same and be more strict on certain things
