What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect every employee despite their rank in the company. Train, educate and equip employees with the tools needed to do their job safely. Ensure there is adequate number of employees per shift to prevent burn out. Encourage employees to use their PTO to rest. Recognize those that go above and beyon
Stop letting employees take charge and treating other employees horrible. And manager is her best friend so she does what she wants. And HR was a joke!!
Better management, opportunities for self betterment like a clinical ladder, more value on employees work, honesty in patient care, and consistent policy among facilities
