Cleare understanding of benefits for time put in

PTO, paid vacation, better insurance, incentive bonuses.

Higher financial compensation in general. We just received a nice raise, but with the comparison of the current economy it hasn't done anything to help. Base salary increases are needed.

Compared to my co workers, I do get paid a lot less due to I am hourly employee and not salaried.
