They need to get better at actually being leaders and not just having the title. Empathy would go along way if the people who operate the staffmark branches in the DFW area. This company mismanages peoples money as if we work for them and they dont have to work for us. I will never work here again.

Higher financial compensation in general. We just received a nice raise, but with the comparison of the current economy it hasn't done anything to help. Base salary increases are needed.

The supervisors/ team leaders need training on how to treat employees and handle situations such as an employee who shows no resect for authority, disgruntled employees, and also, how to boost morale in the workplace
Constantly threatened we will be fired, thats what our meetings consist of, told to not wear headphones for safety, but our leads are wearing them and letting some employees as well. They are liars!!!
