caring about the well being of their employess and perform a job they are being paid for
They need to do proper investigations before firing people. Also listen to the employees about situations that are happening with supervisors
Get on board with the rest of the world, there is such a thing as labor laws the rest of employers follow. A labor union would benefit the employees at this company

They need to get better at actually being leaders and not just having the title. Empathy would go along way if the people who operate the staffmark branches in the DFW area. This company mismanages peoples money as if we work for them and they dont have to work for us. I will never work here again.

The Best part would have to be vacation

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay market value for skills and experience
Cleare understanding of benefits for time put in
PTO, paid vacation, better insurance, incentive bonuses.
Higher financial compensation in general. We just received a nice raise, but with the comparison of the current economy it hasn't done anything to help. Base salary increases are needed.

more collaboration and empathy with each other. Coworkers looking to always be right. Training on proper behavior

Nothing is positived. Executive leadership needs to take responsibility for the company failing

Easy environment to be in
Everyone comes to work with a good attitude.
Unlimited PTO with no questions asked is a great benefit. It fosters a trusting environment with flexibility.

Everything was very prompt and clearly explained and understood
Easy to get along with.
It was very short. I did two interviews before they told me I was hired in the same week.

Helping someone find a position they love and making our clients happy!
Remote work is allowed for many.
Being able to put quality products out for the consumer.

I like to work, so whatever my job is, I will always go happy to do it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The supervisors/ team leaders need training on how to treat employees and handle situations such as an employee who shows no resect for authority, disgruntled employees, and also, how to boost morale in the workplace
Constantly threatened we will be fired, thats what our meetings consist of, told to not wear headphones for safety, but our leads are wearing them and letting some employees as well. They are liars!!!
