My overall experience has been amazing and full of learning experiences. I've watched the company frow from 15 employees to 150, and the challenges that came with that have shaped my career. I feel as though wherever I end up in the future, I owe it to Stampli for shaping me into who I am today.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are motivated to take Stampli to an exit which is paramount for any successful start-up. They also learn from their mistakes and adjust accordingly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The transparency and involvement of everyone in the company. There is not a single individual, even in the executive team, that does not participate in team-building events. We are tight-knit company that has been able to achieve this culture remotely, which is not an easy task.
