I am happiest when I am constantly learning, I really dislike having a role that is stagnant. At Stampli there is so much to learn and absorb, this is my happy place to constantly be learning.

You are welcomed to voicing your feedback and suggestions for improvement of any part of the company. You actually have a voice and the ability to open the discussion to come to a solution and/or common ground.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Quarterly bonus goals evolve as you move along in your department/the company in general. I think this is such a great approach because you get to emphasize different skill sets to meet those goals or challenge yourself where you feel can be improved.
